Election Commercial Feels like Movie Production! Woow

Passion for Training & After Thought

 <dc:description>
Training, another form of experience sharing and self-learning, has recently became a big passion of mine. Through out these training session, I have soon realized that there are more than just financial reward, but it is a great of self-discovery and development of my passion of sharing and learning.

For the past week, I have running like a battery rabit from Taipei to Tayuan (North of Taiwan) to Tainan (South of Taiwan) in Taiwan. I have done 2 experience sharing session.

First session at Ming-Chuan University's Toyuan campus (North of Taiwan) on topic of supply chain management

Sencond session is at ChengKung University in Tainan (South of Taiwan) on project management to AIESEC Taiwan's 40 LC members.

Both sessions really put me into perspective on how students are like these days. They are definately more creative and less conservative than we were. These university students were born in the generation of 1990s where I am part of the generation of 1970s. The 20 years difference really have also made me to think "was I like this when I was back in university". The most surprise thing I have found and also is the thing that made me really got in touch with the reality is how much the young generation has jump out of the traditional constraint of obediance and narrow mind thinking, but yet has also lost the more traditional value of self-respect.

Now the big question is who is responsible to influence these kids on this value or is this value important to retain? Regardless what the right answer is, they are future of the backbone of our society and these are the people who will run the multi-national companies while we are in our 80s for retirement.

I guess, there is always 2 side of the coins. My conclusion would be as long as there is a need for me to share, there is an opporunity to influence these young talents. As for me, I will look for every opporuity to share because it is also a great opportunity for me to learn and be part of these young talent instead of be an outsider looking from the fence.

</dc:description>
